Zucchini Falafels, tasty and not fried.

 Into TMX bowl, place

300 g chopped Zucchini 

150 g Falafel mix

1 heaped Teaspoon of Cumin powder

1 egg

1 large clove of garlic, sliced

A good handful of greens, chopped. ( silverbeet, spinach, parsley, wasabi,)

Method

Set oven,  hot, 250 degrees. 

Line baking tray with baking paper, spray with oil. 

Mix on speed 6 for 20 seconds, scrape down, mix, speed 6,  10 seconds.

Using a 4 cm spring loaded ice cream scoop, place 12 mounds on try.

Spray well with oil.

Bake 10 minutes, or until slightly brown on top and edges. 

Can be eaten immediately or eaten cold. They reheat well in Air fryer.
