Crepes, Low FODMAP , 3 Ingredient.

At long last I have found a Low FODMAP recipe that is as good as the traditional.
I have converted the recipe from   glutenfreecuppatea . from the web, to TMX.      I have been very disappointed when using GF plain flour. When used in cakes and even biscuits I have found that there is a cornflour after taste. There is none with this recipe. Makes 12+ large crepes. 

220 g. Gluten free plain flour
4 large eggs or 5 small
450 mls. Lactose free milk

Place all ingredients into TMX bowl.
Mix on speed 4 for 1 minute.
Pour into a jug. 
Can be used immediately. 

Use a good quality non stick pan . 
Smear with butter or oil and heat over moderate heat. 
Do this between each Crepe. 
Pour in enough batter to thinly cover pan. 
Cook until top is set , then flip and cook other side. 
Can cook all batter and reheat in same pan.

Suitable for sweet or savoury.
