Nectarine and Raspberry Jam


380g. nectarines with stones removed

200g. raspberries
400g. sugar
1 dessertspoon lemon juice
2 dessertspoons of 'jamsetta'

Zap nectarines in T.M
Add raspberries, sug, and lemon juice
Cook 30 mins, at 100,speed 2
Add 'Jamsetta' if a firm set is required.


This makes 3 small/medium jars, excellent flavor.
